CANOPY AND TENT SIZES, PRICES AND SEATING CAPACITIES
The canopies and tents that we offer are pole and stake styles. This requires the driving of stakes into the ground to properly secure the structure. A grace distance of three feet along each side is recommended to allow proper staking. Staking can be done into asphalt but will require drilling. A fee of $10.00 per stake is charged. We are not responsible for any damage done to paved areas if this service is requested.
The prices of these tents reflect the cost of delivering, set up, take down and pick up. Delivered and set up prices also include delivery and drop off of other items in your order. Additional set up fees will be charged for set up of all additional items except tent/canopies.Additional deliver fees are added outside the greater Gardner area.
As the season is short and demand can be high, Canopy and Tent rentals must be paid in full at time of reservation and are NON REFUNDABLE if canceled. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
